2.1 Repentance of Purchase
You have up to 30 calendar days of receipt of the product to request a replacement or return if your product is unused.

2.4 Defective Product AFTER USE
Products sold by Bairral’s are warranted for 90 days. If after use of the product you identify any kind of failure or defect, you should contact our Customer Relationship Center.
3. EXCHANGE OPTIONS
-Exchange for the same product without payment of the new shipping. “Same product” means
change by different numbering / size;
– Exchange vouchers to be used at Bairral’s within 90 days of issue.

5. PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, accompanied by manuals, accessories and invoice. All returned products undergo a Bairral’s Quality Control review upon arrival at our Distribution Center, which may take up to five (5) business days. The desired product for exchange and / or refund of the amount paid will only be released after approval by our Quality Control. If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified, we will not accept the return and will return the product to the sender without prior notice.
6. RETURNS OF RETURN
Returning your product to the Distribution Center can be done by postage or collection at no charge. For the post option you will receive a link in your email that will give you the right to post the product to any accredited post office. The procedure is simple and speeds up the exchange process.
7. TERM FOR REFUND
– Credit Card Payment: The credit card will be refunded within 20 business days. This deadline
is set by the card company;
– Bank Payment: The refund will be made to the order holder’s checking account within 10
working days after the return is completed. If the order holder does not have a bank account,
we will make a Money Order, as the refund cannot be made to a third party account.
For products purchased on promotion, if exchange and / or return is required, the amount considered will be the one paid for the product and not its original value Example: If you purchased an item on sale for $ 50 but its original value was $ 100, the amount considered will be $ 50.
